This model includes a ventilation flap that allows fresh air into your home without opening the entire roof window and having to worry about security or bad weather, even while you are away or sleeping.

• White polyurethane finish gives the interior frame a clean, moisture-resistant finish that blends into most ceilings
• Opens to a maximum of 45 degrees allowing access to the outdoors
• GPU roof windows require a roof pitch between 15 and 55 degrees and cannot be installed on flat roofs
• Order an EDL CK06 flashing kit if you have a shingle, shake, or slate roof or an EDW CK06 flashing kit if you have a tile roof (flashing kits sold separately)
• GPU sizes MK06, MK08, PK10, SK06 and UK08 are large enough to meet egress requirements for emergency escape
• Easily rotates for exterior glass cleaning
