N3R-3-6081X is an OEM replacement for the GM style plastic injection which held the u-joint in place. Neapco N3R-3-6081X transmission yoke has an ideal barrel length for OEM replacement, restorations, or performance shafts. Transmission yokes longer than 2-3-6081X may fit as well but check your application to verify. Some applications require a longer yoke barrel, like for example a 4 x 4 transfer case.

* The transmission slip yoke may have one or two missing splines inside the barrel known as blind spots. Each blind spot counts as one spline in the total spline count. The blind spots do not affect the fit of the yoke on your output shaft.
